Admission to UG & PG Programmes

Admission to the Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes of Government collegeKodanchery is done through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) of the University of Calicut.

The online registration through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) will be done in Two Phases.

Phase 1 :Fee Payment (through e-payment system)

Phase 2 :Submission of Application : The application submission can be done as four steps.

Admission to Ph.D. Programme

Economics and Commerce departments of Government College Kodanchery are  recognised research centres under the University of Calicut.  Admission to the Ph.D. programme  under full time and part-time stream is always open subject to the availability of vacancy and supervising teachers.

Admission to the Ph.D. Programme of the University Departments and affiliated colleges  is done through a written entrance test conducted by the University of Calicut every year.  However, Candidates who qualify UGC-NET/JRF, UGC-CSIR-NET/JRF, SLET, GATE and research fellowships of central and state Government departments/ agencies as approved by the University is exempted from entrance test.  Full time regular teachers with FDP/QIP/Similar fellowships, M.Phil. Degree holders etc. are also exempted from entrance test.
